I went to this restaurant on first day on March, this place is a little bit far away from my living address, and I go there with my friend spend 30 minutes by car. Here is a nice restaurant, even though it is small, it has a lot of people inside, and this restaurant open hour very late until 12’o clock. I order the two kinds of food called “chicken wings” and one snake called “ egg milk”, for the first order, it like a dish and it really delicious, there has four chicken wings, and put some thick sauce on the chicken wings. The chicken wings looks like use fire to cook and the color become yellow. And they put some meat; eggs on other side make it looks better. The second one is a famous snake in this restaurant, most of people go here and want to try this, they put eggs, milk, sugar together in a bowl, and after few minutes, it is looks like a cake smell, and it not really sweet, but still taste good. After I eat these desserts, I feel full and happy. In this restaurant, I can tell the Cantonese cuisines, they are taste salt and fresh. Because in Chinese culture, they like to eat healthy food and think that good for their body, and Cantonese province near by sea, and the weather in there is hot and wet. So like Cantonese people to eat, they would like to eat some seafood, I also see many seafood in the menu. For their cooking, because it will use lots of seafood, so it not really easy to cook at home by peoples self. However, when I go there, I am not feeling really full, so I only order these two dishes.
