Before I transfer to De Anza College, I heard so many friend told me "Zui Xiang Ju" is a really good restaurant, they are recommend this place and told me going to eat as soon as possible, because every day, there have lots of people in this restaurant. This place Separate to two part food. At morning time, they mainly sell cookie, snake and bread, at night time, they are cooking Beijing food. At begins, I went to their two times, but I did not get correct open time, so they are closed, However, I search online for this restaurant, and I eat my favorite Beijing BBQ duck here finally.
I went here at dinner time and order Beijing BBQ duck which my friend most recomments. It is one of famous food in Beijing, it like kinds of BBQ taste, eating it with bread, onion, and sweet source; make them together and it really good. When person cook this, often need more than 50 minutes to cook duck, it is professor cooking and not easy do it at home. I also order one dessert called red beans cake, it taste normal and like a cold ice cream, but it is a real cake. Beijing food is diversification; it has sweet food, salt food, spicy, etc. Because Beijing is our capital city in China, and a lot of outsider come to this city, and they make Beijing becoming mix culture and complete. Also, Beijing BBQ is the most famous food as people know; I heard from Newspaper, In 2008, Beijing had Olympics games, and every day, the foreign country athlete ate 200 ducks in total. It is a huge number; it said that Beijing Duck BBQ is so good.
