Day 5, Shannxi food

Today, I will introduce Shaanxi food. Because I do not know which restaurant I can eat real Shaanxi food, so I decided cook at home by myself. For the raw material, I went to supermarket and buy some vegetables, noodles. It is really easy to cook. For first step, after wash vegetables, I put them to boiling water for three minutes, and I use other bruiser to cook noodles. After noodles done, I put vegetable and noodles together in the bowl, and also put some salt, red pepper, chick flavor on it. At last step, it is most important step is make little oil turning hot, and mix oil with noodles. Then, I am finished and the tradition Shaanxi noodles is well done. My hometown is Shaanxi province, for my city, we always like to eat noodles, and in our culture, we think noodles can make people feel full easier than rice, and also, Shaanxi has lots of kinds of type of noodles in the restaurant. Because Shaanxi is in the middle part of China, and in this place, we are making flour in land of country, so eat noodles is the normal culture in my hometown. Shaanxi food is spicier than north place; we always put more red pepper in noodle. We also has the proverb said that eating noodles is the tradition Shaanxi people doing. So I can tell how important it is.
